神华宁夏煤业集团灵新煤矿矿井初步设计
摘 要
灵新煤矿位于宁夏回族自治区灵武市磁窑堡镇境内。井田地质条件简单，开采的15号煤层赋存稳定，平均倾斜角度为14゜。矿井的生产能力为1.50Mt/a，服务年限为52.78年。根据灵新煤矿井田的实际情况，确定矿井的开拓方式为斜井两水平开拓，第一水平采用单水平上、下山开采，第二水平采用下山开采。单一走向长壁放顶煤采煤法，综合机械化采煤工艺，矿井工作制度为”三八制“，两班采煤，一班准备。矿井采用现代化设备进行矿井的采煤、运输、提升、排水和通风，以科技进步推动矿井的现代化发展。矿区的环境保护对矿井的发展有着重要的影响，因此，本矿结合实际情况采取有效措施来保护环境。

Lingxin coal mine to be located within the boundaries of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region lingwu city porcelain kiln fort town.The well field geological condition is simple, the mining 15 coal bed tax saves stably, the medium bank angle for 14゜.Mine pit productivity is 1.50Mt/a, the service life is 52.78 years.According to works the new coal mine pit field actual situation, the definite mine pit development way for the slant hole two level developments, the first level uses in the single level, descends a mountain mining, the second level uses descends a mountain mining.The sole trend long wall puts goes against the coal mining coal law, the synthesis mechanization mining coal craft, the mine pit work routine ”38 systems“ is two class of mining coal, a class prepares.The mine pit uses the sophisticated equipment to carry on the mine pit mining coal, the transportation, the promotion, drains water and ventilates, by advance in technology impetus mine pit modernized development.The mining area environmental protection has the important influence to the mine pit development, therefore this ore union actual situation takes the effective action to protect the environment
